Transformative Drum Circle

This guided drum circle will be facilitated by Andrew and Monica of Drumming Sounds. Drums will be provided, and no experience is necessary. This is an extra-transformative circle with a focus on spiritual transmission, group connection, and the medicine of rhythm. Together, we will use the drum as a tool for grounding, coherence, prayer, and healing.
Transformative Sound Journey + Talking Circle Integration

Experience a 90-minute sound journey with drums, flutes, gongs, singing bowls, and other sacred sounds designed to create an environment of deep spiritual and physical transformation. After the sound journey, we will move into an active talking circle integration to help ground the experience, share reflections, and honor what was awakened within the group.
These experiences are open to anyone seeking healing, connection, renewal, and a deeper relationship with themselves, community, and Spirit.
